TransEurope Marinas is a registered association of select marinas, currently located along or within sailing reach of the coastlines of England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, the Channel Islands,Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Croatia, and Slovenia.
TransEurope Marinas members must offer a high level of services in their marinas, having a good reputation for their facilities, quality of service and visitors’ welcome. The owners of yachts or motor vessels based in a TransEurope marina with a minimum 6-month berthing contract, are entitled to a 50% visitor’s berthing discount for up to five days per year in each member marina upon proof of TransEurope membership. Any additional benefit shall be at the discretion of the individual marina.
The discount is applied to the daily visitor rates charged by the marina and applicable to one or more visits corresponding to an overall total of five days per year in each of the member marinas.
The TransEurope Marinas managers undertake to maintain a close and friendly relationship between them; to share their practical, technical, and commercial experience and to promote the other marinas should the opportunity rise. TransEurope Marinas members meet four times a year and promote TransEurope within individual marinas or on stands at boat shows, forwarding information about the TransEurope member marinas to berth holders and visitors.
